Ans: It is true that corruption is rampant everywhere in our country. Now fighting against corruption is the crying need of the time. We can fight against corruption in many ways. First, strict laws against corruption must be formulated. Mere making laws is not enough. Laws should be enforced strictly. Any one irrespective of power and rank and social position must be given exemplary punishment if he is found involved in corruption. Then nobody will dare to indulge in corruption. People must have access to information. Citizen charter is another way of reducing corruption. E-governance can also diminish corruption. If people become aware of their rights and facilities through electronic media, the government or private employees will not be able to take the advantage of their ignorance. Besides, people's awareness is needed to fight against corruption. We must boycot the corrupt persons. We must not elect the corrupt persons in the national poll. We must inculcate moral and religious values to the children. They must learn to hate corruption from their early life. Drive against corruption must be continued throughout the year. Moreover, Anti-corruption Commission must be allowed work independently and impartially. And lastly, we must change our attitude. The spirit of patriotism should be installed in the minds of the people. In short, these are some of the ways of fighting corruption. We have to be conscious about it truly. বঙ্গানুবাদ : এটি সত্য যে দুর্নীতি আমাদের দেশে সর্বত্র ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে। এখন দুর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ হলো সময়ের সবচেয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়। আমরা নানাভাবে দুর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করতে পারি। প্রথমত, দুর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে অবশ্যই কঠোর আইন বলবৎ করতে হবে। এতে সাধারণভাবে তৈরি আইন যথেষ্ট নয়। আইনসমূহ কঠোরভাবে প্রয়োগ করতে হবে। ক্ষমতা, পদমর্যাদা ও সামাজিক অবস্থান নির্বিশেষে যে কেউকে অবশ্যই দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শান্তি দিতে হবে যদি তাকে দুর্নীতিতে জড়িত হিসেবে পাওয়া যায় । তাহলে কেউ দুর্নীতিতে জড়িত হতে সাহস করবে না। জনগণ অবশ্যই তথ্য উপলব্ধি করবে। নাগরিক ফরমান হলো দুর্নীতি কমানোর অন্য একটি উপায়। ই-গভর্ন্যান্সও দুর্নীতি হ্রাস করতে পারে। মানুষ যদি তাদের অধিকার সুযোগ-সুবিধা সচেতন হয়, তাহলে ইলেকট্রনিক মিডিয়ার মাধ্যমে সরকার বা বেসরকারি নিয়োগদাতাগণ তাদের অজ্ঞতার সুযোগ নিতে সমর্থ হবে না। তাছাড়া দুর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে ল ..ত মানুষের সচেতনতা প্রয়োজন। আমাদের অবশ্যই দুর্নীতিবাজ ব্যক্তিদের এড়িয়ে চলতে হবে। আমরা অবশ্যই জাতীয় নির্বাচনে দুর্নীতিবাজ ব্যক্তিকে নির্বাচিত করব না। আমাদের অবশ্যই শিশুদের হৃদয়ে নৈতিকতা ও ধর্মীয় মূল্যবোধ প্রার্থিত করতে হবে। তাদেরকে অবশ্যই তাদের শিশুকাল থেকে দুর্নীতিকে ঘৃণা করতে শিক্ষা দিতে হবে। বছর জুড়ে দুর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে অবশ্যই অভিযান পরিচালনা করতে হবে। অধিকন্ত, দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশনকে স্বাধীন ও নিরপেক্ষভাবে কাজ করতে দিতে হবে। অবশেষে আমাদের অবশ্যই মানসিকতা পরিবর্তন করতে হবে। দেশপ্রেমের স্পৃহা/আগ্রহ মানুষের মনে অবশ্যই অধিষ্ঠিত করতে হবে। সংক্ষেপে এসব কিছু হলো দুর্নীতি দমনের উপায় । আমাদের এটি সম্বন্ধে সত্যিকারভাবে সচেতন হতে হবে ।
